I graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1962 with an AB in History. Graduated from NYU Law School with LLB in 1965. I practiced briefly in NYC and joined the Shell Oil Company in 1970 and was moved to Atlanta for 2 years and then on to our Head Office in 1972. I specialized in Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Law. I retired in 1999, the same year my wife and I divorced. For the past 10 years I spend much of my freee time doing a variety of volunteer work. I docent grade school children at our Houston Science Museum and at the Houston Arboretum. I work in the library of our Fine Arts Museum, and I spend a lot of time volunteering with the Houston Symphony and the Shepherd School of Music(Rice U). For the past 5 years I have spent all summer working at the YMCA in Estes Park,Colo. I take long day hikes in adjacent Rocky Mountain National Park. What magnificent vistas at every turn in the trail! |
